• Selected by Grand Peaks Properties to complete the construction of the Georgetown.  Located in Greenwood Village, Colorado, the Georgetown will consist of 25 new townhouse units in the heart of the Denver Tech Center at 5400 DTC Parkway.   

• Selected by Aspen Meadows Condominiums, LLC to complete the construction of The Lodges at Ten Mile Creek, Phase I. Located in Grand County, Colorado. The project will consist of 54 condominium units in Granby, Colorado.

• Selected by 2140 Newton Street, LLC to complete the construction of 2140 / 2150 Newton Street located in the Sloans Lake neighborhood of Denver. The project will consist of 4 townhome units.

• Selected by Inca 29, LLC to complete the construction of Inca 29.  The project consists of 29 new urban brownstone units located at 2900 Inca Street, Denver, Colorado.  The project is valued at 8.1 million dollars.

• Selected by Hibernia Holdings to construct the Promenade Office Plaza.  Located on the corner of 1st and Uinta Avenue, the project is part of the Lowry Air Force Base redevelopment.  The office building will consist of two stories, 23,000 sq. ft. of office/medical space.  The project is valued at $2.579 million. 

• Selected by Hibernia Holdings to complete the construction of The Bank at Lowry.  This project is located adjacent to the Promenade Office Plaza, at 7900 East 1st Avenue, Denver, Colorado.  The project is valued at $855,000.

Tenant Improvements

• Selected by Charles Schwab to complete the tenant improvements located at 9401 East Panorama Circle in Englewood, Colorado.  This project, valued at $625,000, will consist of 9,215 sq. ft. of tenant finish remodel.

• Selected by Transwestern Commercial Services to complete the tenant improvements for KRJ Maptek.  This project is located on the 8th floor of 165 South Union Boulevard in Lakewood, Colorado and will consist of 13,680 sq. ft. of new tenant finish remodel.

• Selected by Community Bank of Colorado to complete the tenant finish improvements at their new Lowry location.  The new retail banking space will be located at 7900 East 1st Avenue and will consist of 4,387 sq. ft. of new tenant finish.

• Selected by Transwestern Commercial Services to complete the tenant improvements for Montgomery Kolodny.  This project is located on the 21st floor of 1775 Sherman in Denver, Colorado and will consist of 13,975 sq. ft. of new tenant finish remodel.

• Selected by Transwestern Commercial Services to complete the tenant improvements for Petroleum Development. This project is located on the 30th floor of 1775 Sherman Street in Denver, Colorado and will consist of 8,240 sq. ft. of new tenant finish remodel.
