    2005 Year In Review:

    • Selected by Blake 27, LLC to complete the construction of Blake 27, Phase 1.  The project consists of 23 new urban brownstone units located at 2680 Blake Street, Denver, Colorado.  The project is valued at 3.8 million dollars. 

    • Selected to complete the Pinecrest Affordable Development remodel and expansion, located in Commerce City, Colorado.  The project consists of remodeling 72 units throughout 6 buildings, as well as the construction of 2 new buildings containing 41 units.  This project is valued at 5 million dollars.

    • Selected by Work Force Housing to complete the Aspen Meadows project in Granby, Colorado.  The project consists of 141 condo units located near the entrance to Sol Vista Ski Area.  The project is valued at 15 million dollars.

    • Selected by Malas Colorado Holdings, LLC to complete the tenant finish improvements for One Southgate, located in Centennial, Colorado.  The project consists of remodeling 38,700 sq. ft. of the lobby and office suites, as well as exterior improvements to all three buildings. 

    • Selected by Corum Real Estate Group, Inc. to complete the conversion of the historic 84 unit Midland Lofts Building, located on the corner of 17th and Glenarm Streets in downtown Denver, Colorado.  The project includes the conversion of 84 residential units, which are scheduled to include all new interior finishes, new laundry facilities on 9 floors, new common corridor finishes on 9 floors, construction of a new fitness center, parking improvements, main building entry lobby improvements, and exterior building skin improvements.  The project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2006.
