- Selected to complete the tenant finish improvements for Equity Office Properties Trust, Denver Regional Management Office at One Tabor Center in Denver, Colorado.
- Selected to complete Allied Insurance at Stanford Place II, comprising of 60,537 sq. ft. of tenant finish improvements.
- Selected to complete Fairfield Industries at Denver Financial Center Tower II in Denver, Colorado.
- Selected to complete the Colorado School of Mines Housing Project, comprising of 160 living units, a full community center with laundry and kitchen facilities and a full maintenance facility.
- Selected to complete the tenant finish improvements for Snell and Wilmer, LLP Law Offices at One Tabor Center in Denver, Colorado. Project consists of two floors of tenant improvements with an interconnecting staircase.
- Selected to complete the tenant finish improvements for McKenzie Scott. Project consists of the entire 14th floor, 17,189 sq. ft. of tenant improvements at Stanford Place II, Denver, Colorado.
- Selected to complete Denver Club Building Exterior Renovations. Project consists of overall exterior renovations of a 24 story high-rise located at 518 17th Street in Denver, Colorado.
- Selected to complete the JK Mullen High School Field House. A $3.5 million dollar project.
- Constructed the Bristol Village North Apartments. A $17.35 million dollar apartment community located in Aurora, Colorado.
- Constructed the Bear Valley Park Apartments. A $16.4 million dollar apartment community located in Denver, Colorado.
- Constructed Phase II of the Marston Villas Residential Community. A $17.65 million condominium project located in Denver, Colorado.
